The concept of e-commerce, which entered our lives with the advancement of technology, has increased its popularity with the effect of the pandemic and has caused changes in consumer behavior. With the transition of consumer communication with brands to social media channels, shopping channels have also shifted from computer screens to phones. The proliferation of sales channels has led to the development of a highly competitive environment for brands. In the rapidly developing e-commerce environment, it has become more important than ever for brands to analyze and adapt to changing consumer behaviors and trends in a timely manner.
In our study carried out in 2022, we aimed to analyze the online shopping habits of consumers in the northern part of Cyprus. The research survey examines the consumer preferences and behaviour in online shopping for products/services.
