KMC is Hiring Interns Under the Seeing Youth Project

KMC provides internship opportunities to young people who want to improve themselves in digital marketing and business development, with the Inspiring the Future Internship Program carried out under the SEEing Youth project.

The "Seeing Youth" project, funded by the European Union and implemented jointly by the Cyprus Turkish Executives Association and the Human Resources Management Association, was implemented with an inter-sectoral and multi-disciplinary approach, to contribute to the creation of a socially and professionally developed youth environment.

Within the scope of "Inspire the Future Internship Program", which was initiated to work towards improving the professional capacities of young people, KMC is hiring interns for digital marketing and business development.

All interns included in the program; Professional communication skills such as CV and motivation letter writing, interview skills, professional e-mail writing, communication and presentation skills in the workplace and basic human rights and responsibilities, active citizenship, conflict resolution and empathy, tolerance and acceptance, receiving feedback and active listening In addition to benefiting from trainings that will improve their social skills, they will gain knowledge and skills that will be useful in their professional and social life with the opportunity of 40-day internship.
