Following the successful completion of the "Public Service Commission Services Perception Analysis Survey", conducted for the Public Service Commission (PSC), KMC Consulting has started working on improving services based on the collected data.

KMC Consulting remains committed to improving the quality of public services and assessing service perception through its ongoing initiatives. Following the successful completion of the "Public Service Commission Services Perception Analysis Survey", conducted for the Public Service Commission (KHK), efforts have now begun to enhance services based on the collected data.
As part of last year’s study, a satisfaction and perception analysis was conducted through telephone interviews with 500 to 1,000 participants. This research provided a detailed report on public service users’ expectations, satisfaction levels, and key areas for improvement.
In this new phase, KMC Consulting is launching the "Public Service Commission Development Plan Implementation and Survey Study" to improve service quality and enhance citizen satisfaction. Within this process, the 2024 perception and satisfaction analysis results will be thoroughly evaluated, and a strategic action plan will be developed for areas of improvement. Campaigns, content management strategies, and infrastructure improvements will be implemented to enhance service quality. Additionally, new survey studies will be conducted with candidates who take public service exams and managers of newly appointed personnel. The project also aims to establish a data-driven model for the improvement of public services.
Through these planned initiatives, feedback from both exam candidates and public sector managers will be analyzed to make public services more transparent, accessible, and efficient.
